As part of your experience, Chef Jason Harbo has created this West Coast/Euro seasonally inspired menu filled with culinary creations showcasing local regional ingredients, from our fresh Saltspring Island Mussels to the Queen Charlotte Island Halibut along with our VQA winery program boasting 14 wines from British Columbia by Various boutique wineries throughout the province, our menu showcases the true flavours of the westcoast allowing our Chef to put his signature on each & every dish.
Along with local suppliers & wineries, we showcase local artists. While enjoying our harbour view, don’t hesitate to look at our art filled walls with works by Brian Scott, Fred Peters, Jan Smart & Gerda Hofman.
